Fredrick Lower Wiegman was born 2 October 1877 in De Graff, Logan County, Ohio to John William Wiegman and Elmira Hayden Ross.
He was living with his family in Harvard, Clay County, Nebraska in 1880. By 1900 he was working as a Tinner and living with his parents in Miami, Logan County, Ohio.
He was listed in two separate census records in 1910. One was in Superior, Nuckolls, Nebraska where he was boarding. He was listed as 33 years old on 16 April 1910 and he was working as a Tinner. Five days later, on 21 April 1910, he was listed as living with his family in Miami, Logan County, Ohio.
Fredrick died about six years later in 1916 as listed on the gravestone at the Greenwood Cemetery in De Graff, Ohio that he shares with his brother, William Ross Wiegman (1884-1911).
